Written In Lights - How we got here.

Hi and welcome to our first blog post on our new website.

I thought I would give you a bit of background as to how we started Written in Lights and introduce you to our small team.

In 2014 I was getting married and wanted a giant set of LOVE letters at my wedding, after researching, the only place I could hire them from was a company near London. My Dad didn’t want to be driving to London the day before the wedding and as he is a joiner I asked him to make them for me.

Little did we realise that three years later we would have nearly 3 full alphabets and a number of different props, our biggest problem now is storage.

As Dad makes every one of our letters we put the upmost care into them all and you can guarantee that you are getting the highest quality; which is what you want for your wedding or special occasion.

We also deliver the letters ourselves, no couriers or van drivers, they are delivered by good old Dad, with full set up too. He now knows each venue like the back of his hand and you can often hear me asking him, at wedding fayres, where the best place for the letters are in certain venues. So if you have any questions he is the man to ask!

 We offer so much more than just "LOVE" letters now and our stock is rapidly building. If you want something but don't see it, ask us and I am sure we can sort something out!

In the future I will (hopefully!) be blogging a bit , and giving some information on suppliers we work with regularly. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
